Sanders Music Studio Policies 201-2017 Q : How is the monthly tuition handled? A: Each month, the tuition for the month is due at the beginning unless special arrangements have been made. The payment secures and "locks in" the lessons to be given. The cost for lessons is for 4 half hour lessons per student. In months which have 5 lessons due to the calendar or 3 due to holidays, the cost is the same. Q: Can I still make up a lesson missed due to a holiday closure? A: Yes, but it is optional. If a makeup lesson is not taken, the missed lesson is still compensated through the months that have a 5th lesson due to the calendar. So, a makeup lesson taken for one missed due to a holiday is like getting a "free" lesson. Q: What is your cancellation policy? Please give 24 hours notice if unable to make a scheduled lesson. Make up lessons will be scheduled at the student and instructor's convenience. Lessons cancelled without 24 hours notice will be taken on a case-by-case basis since unexpected circumstances can arise, but no make up lesson is guaranteed. |
